on-line entry

To make an on-line entry into one of our shows please complete the form below making sure you tell us which show you are entering (Winter, Spring, YSS, Autumn or ASS). Entries close at 10pm the Thursday before the show date (9pm on the Wednesday before for on-line entry for our 2 hosted shows - Winter & Spring). We will send you an e-mail to confirm your entry.

Remember to tell us all about each rabbit you wish to enter including the colour, age, if you want it to go into our auction (GLDRC Members Only), if you wish to be excluded from the Lucky Pen prize draw (you will be entered automatically otherwise) and which shows it is to be entered into. Full schedules can be found in our Fur & Feather magazine advert or in the grey box to the left of this page.

Please remember you may only enter into an Open show if you are a BRC Member and you may only enter Members shows if you are a current Member of our club.

Entry fees are as follows:

GLDRC Open Show

£1.50 block for the first rabbit, £1.00 each for the next 6 rabbits, all others free

£1.00 Sale Pen (each)

£0.25 Lucky Pen (per pen)

GLDRC Member Show

£1.00 per Exhibitor

Junior exhibitors who attend our shows can enter their rabbits FREE!

LERC Open Show

£2.00 block each rabbit, £1.00 for each subsequent rabbit in same class (colour & age)

Exhibitors entering into Open shows must also pay the 25p BRC Levy (this is per DAY not per show.)

Lunches

£3.00 each for a main plus a dessert

(not to have won a first prize card at any BRC Show at time of entry)

(under 16 years old on 1st January of the current year)

Lunch for the next show will be: Jacket Potatoes with a choice of fillings and Apple Crumble
